José Augusto Fontoura CostaProfessor of International Law at the Law School of the University of São Paulo, where he regularly offers courses on comparative law and international trade law. He is also a fellow from the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). Mr. Fontoura Costa is a qualified lawyer in Brazil and holds a Bachelor and a PhD in Laws from the University of São Paulo.
Marilda Rosado de Sá RibeiroOil and Gas Law consultant at Lobo & de Rizzo Advogados and Professor of Private International Law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Prof. Rosado holds a PhD in International Law from the University São Paulo and has accomplished post-doctoral studies at the Law School of the SciencesPo Paris. Her career in the oil and gas industry started at Petrobras in the 1970's, where she held various managing positions. She was also Superintendent of Licensing Promotion atthe National Petroleum Agency.
