Lucy Christopher wurde 1981 in Wales geboren und wuchs in Australien auf. Bis zum Hauptstudium lebte sie in Melbourne. Nachdem sie sich als Schauspielerin, Kellnerin und Wanderführerin versucht hatte, zog sie nach England und machte ihren Magister in Kreativem Schreiben. Heute unterrichtet sie an der Bath Spa University.
