He then began his law studies at the Philipps University of Marburg in October 2015 and completed this and an additional qualification in private construction law in April 2020. A seminar paper he wrote in the field of construction insolvency law was awarded the summa cum Bau prize in 2022. He completed his doctorate in the period from December 2020 to December 2023. The disputation took place in March 2024. He then worked for two law firms in Frankfurt am Main and New York City.
