Their decisions can therefore be regarded as a source of private law. The thesis examines the extent to which constitutional private law can be integrated into the existing private law system.\u003c\/div\u003e\u003ch4\u003eAutorenportrait\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cdiv\u003eJulius Azzola studied law at the University of Constance. After completing his 1st state examination, he worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Michael Stürner, M. Jur. (Oxford), where he also obtained his doctorate. From August 2021 to July 2022, he completed an LL.M. degree at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe with stages in Constance, Stuttgart and Munich.
