»Demolition at the Expense of Third Parties. The Consequences of the Security Law Obligation of a Person without Sufficient Civil Law Rights, Using the Example of a Demolition Order and the Necessity of a So-Called Toleration Order«: If the addressee of a public-law demolition order is required to demolish a building to which a third party has a civil-law right, a conflict arises between the addressee's obligation to demolish and the conflicting rights of the third party. The aim of this study was to determine the legal consequences of such a demolition order and whether a toleration order must be issued to the third party to prevent these legal consequences.

Lorenz Summerer studied law at the FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg from 2012 to 2017 and completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg from 2017 to 2019. During his studies and legal traineeship, as well as after his second state examination in law, he worked in the academic field at the FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg until May 2020. Since June 2020, he has held various positions in the administrative service of the Bavarian Police. In addition, he has been involved in legal trainee training part-time since 2024.
