Autorenportrait

Mustafa Enes Özcan studied law at the University of Hamburg. After completing his first state examination in 2018 with a focus on commercial and corporate law, he obtained his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Janique Brüning at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. During this time, he worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Thomas Rönnau at Bucerius Law School. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg.
