The implementation laws fell short of the EU requirements, particularly with regard to the »once-only principle« of the SDG Regulation. The strategy for a digital single market was not sufficiently addressed. In many cases, easy improvements would be possible and the vision of an online template formation without a notary for simple cases is feasible.

Maximilian Mense focuses on the area of Legal-/GovTech and Venture Capital. After studying in Münster, he worked for a LegalTech Startup in Berlin. He received a Ph.D. on the topic of the online template formation of LLC's from the University of Leipzig and was a researcher at the Hasso Plattner Institute, a renowned digital engineering faculty in Potsdam. There he worked with students and Startups on questions regarding Legal-/GovTech and the (online)formation of companies. During his legal clerkship at the KG Berlin, he worked for one of the leading VC law firms and completed the elective station at a law firm on New York's Wall Street, where he worked on international transactions and »US flips«.
