»The Personalisation of Law in the Society of Singularities. The Transformation of Legal Norms and Legal Subjects through New Information Technologies and Social Imperatives in Postmodernity«: This dissertation examines the concept of personalised law as an expression of a fundamental shift in the normative structure of law within postmodern societies. At its core lies a move from general and abstract norms towards individually tailored rules enabled by big data and artificial intelligence. The study focuses in particular on the emergence of the digital legal subject and on personalised incompatibility norms designed to protect individual rationality in online markets.

Suad Salihu studied Business Law at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and completed his Master of Law at the University of Lucerne in 2020. He subsequently pursued an LL.M. in Legal Theory at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. From 2020 to 2025, he served as a research assistant at the Chair of Legal Sociology, Legal Theory and Private Law held by Prof. Dr. Vagias Karavas, LL.M. In 2025, he received his doctorate for his socio-legal and legal-theoretical dissertation entitled The Personalisation of Law in the Society of Singularities. Prior to this, he worked in the legal and com-pliance departments of various Swiss and international financial institutions. He lectures at the University of Lucerne in Sociology of Law and Legal Theory and teaches seminars in Private Law. In addition, he serves as project lead for a legislative drafting project at the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich.
