East Meets West: Justice, Law, and Politics (Makoto Usami)

Makoto Usami is a professor in the Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies, Kyoto University and a visiting professor at the Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence, Technical University of Munich. Hidehiko Adachi is Professor at the Faculty of Law, Kanazawa University. He received his Dr. iur. from Kiel University. His research focuses on German legal philosophy and logical analysis of fundamental concepts in law, morality and justice.
