Micky Kaltenstein, born in Salzburg, first completed a specialised training course in tourism management in Salzburg-Kleßheim before studying communication sciences, Spanish, and sociology at the University of Salzburg. Today, she works as a freelance author and journalist for various publications in the field of culture and science and is involved in selected book projects. As a traveller, she enthusiastically explores small cities, inviting regions, and botanical gardens. The author loves listening to people tell their life stories-which sometimes even results in books.
